［E3 2018］「ディビジョン2」，ゲームプレイの模様が「Xbox E3 2018 Briefing」で公開。海外での発売は2019年3月15日
Microsoftが開催したイベント「Xbox E3 2018 Briefing」で，Ubisoft Entertainmentの新作「ディビジョン2」の最新映像が公開され，海外での発売が2019年3月15日に決定したことが明らかにされた。
続編の背景となるのはワシントンDCで，雪と氷に包まれたニューヨークとはうって変わって，ジャングルを思わせる雰囲気が印象的。バイオテロによって政府も文明も崩壊したという設定は前作を受け継ぐもので，プレイヤーは人々の安全を守る自警団，ザ・ディビジョンのメンバーとなり，地域の支配を企むさまざまな勢力を相手に戦っていくことになる。
