「Farming Simulator 22」，先端的な小耕起栽培が楽しめる拡張パック「HORSCH AgroVation Pack」をリリース

　スイスのGIANTS Softwareは，販売中の農業シミュレータ「Farming Simulator 22」（PC / Mac / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / PS4 / Xbox One）の最新拡張パック「HORSCH AgroVation Pack」をリリースし，トレイラーを公開した。SteamのPC版の価格は1315円（税込）で，バンダイナムコエンターテインメントが販売している日本語版の展開については，今のところ発表されていないようだ。

　アメリカとヨーロッパの広大な農場を舞台に，多数の大型農業機械を駆使した大規模農業が楽しめる「Farming Simulator」シリーズ。2021年にリリースされた本作では，農業だけでなく，畜産や林業を中心に，幅広い第一次産業を体験できる。John DeereやCLAAS，Case IH，New Hollandなど，実在する農業機械メーカーのマシンが400種類以上登場するので，働くクルマが好きな人にはたまらないものがありそうだ。


　最新拡張パックとなる「HORSCH AgroVation Pack」は，ドイツの農業機械メーカーHORSCHをモチーフとしたもの。HORSCHは，小耕起（土壌をなるべく耕さない）栽培や土壌保全を中心とした農業技術向け製品のスペシャリストで，同社の機械は，ローパワーで効率的な栽培を可能にするものとして評判が高いという。マップは，チェコ共和国のクニェジュモスト（Kněžmost）にある先端的な農場をモデルにしており，14種類の高性能な農業機械が登場する。
　公開されたトレイラーでは，なんとも不思議な形の農機具を使った，見ているだけでも面白い作業の様子が確認できるはずだ。ハイテク農業に興味のある人は，チェックしてほしい。
