「Farming Simulator 25」，次世代型農業技術を謳うオール・イン・ワン型機械を導入する「NEXAT Pack」が3月11日リリース

　Giants Softwareは，日本ではセガから発売されている大規模農業シムシリーズ最新作「Farming Simulator 25」（PC / Mac / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S）のDLC第1弾「NEXAT Pack」を，2025年3月11日（中央ヨーロッパ時間）にリリースすると発表した。


　「NEXAT」は，次世代農業テクノロジー（Next Generation Agriculture Technology）を略したドイツの新鋭企業の汎用大型機械だ。耕作や播種，植え付け，施肥，作物の保護，収穫と，すべての耕作作業を1台で処理でき，広い作業幅を備えた強力で多用途の運搬車両となっている。
　さまざまなモジュールを交換，装着でき，必要な機械の総数を削減できる。このオール・イン・ワン機械によって，作物の生産がより速く，よりシンプルに，より効率的に，そしてより持続可能なものになるという。


　「NEXAT Pack」では，Farming Simulatorシリーズに初参入となるEvers Agro社の大型耕運機「Toric NX 1400」，Wienhoff社の肥料散布機「Slurry Module」ほか，Einböck社，Geringhoff社，Väderstad社など，7社12機種がNEXAT対応機械としてフィーチャーされる予定だ。


　「NEXAT Pack」は，ミニマムに次世代的な大規模農業を展開してみたいというバーチャル農家であれば購入を考えてもいいかもしれない。日本での展開については続報があると思われるので，そちらにも期待しておきたいところだ。
